Founder of AltMindShift, Rajita Ramachandram is a practicing Psychotherapist & Consultant from Mumbai, with 15 years of experience in the field of mental health.

She is an ‘Associate Fellow’ of the Albert Ellis Institute, NY, USA, and has completed advance certifications in ‘Applications of Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy’, recognized globally as an REBT therapist by the parent body through her Fellowship. She currently sees clients from different parts of India as well as overseas.  She had completed her Post Graduation in Counseling Psychology from SNDT University, Mumbai in 2008 after Graduation in Psychology from Mumbai University in 2006.

Additionally, she holds a Primary Certification in ‘Single Session Therapy (SST)’ – an intervention strategy she employs along with REBT in formal therapy sessions. She has received this training from the well renowned Emeritus Professor (of Goldsmiths College, London) in psychotherapeutic studies, and leading global psychotherapist – Dr. Windy Dryden, completed via In Vivo (Mumbai REBT Centre).

Bringing credit to her work are years of practice in individual sessions and group programs. She has provided behavioral training programs to corporate organisations on different lifestyle topics & work competencies in the past including stress alleviation, interpersonal relationships, communication skills, assertion training, emotional intelligence, work-life balance, leadership training and team building, critical thinking & reasoning skills, decision making, motivation and goal setting, self esteem issues, time management and anger management.

Currently, she is based in Mcleodganj (Dharamshala), where she provides consulting services to Corporate offices along with individual counseling sessions. She has offered many programs to Schools in the past and to the Tibetan Government (Department of Education) on Tibetan projects with young students, teachers and parents.

She provides psychotherapy sessions both online and at Dharamshala office and also heads the Professional Mentoring Programs & Workshops in REBT for students of psychology and qualified mental health professionals, offering internships at Mcleodganj.

Dr. Sarandha Srivastava

A qualified and medical council registered Psychiatrist, she holds a double degree in psychiatry – both MD and DNB. She was a gold medalist in her MD exams at the University. She has had an experience of 7 years in practice and has been an Assistant Professor in the Department of Psychiatry, BJ Medical College, Ahmedabad, for 3 years. She is also trained in the practice of REBT Applications and is currently a member of Team AltMindShift and a consultant psychiatrist based in Ahmedabad.

Madhura Koparkar

Madhura Koparkar

Clinical psychologist and psychotherapist, practicing REBT (Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy) as a mode of treatment, she holds 5 years of working experience in the field of mental health. She has worked in many educational institutions as a counselor, and conducts clinical assessments and psychometric tests at AltMindShift. In the past, she has also worked in a De-addiction and Rehabilitation Centre. Currently, she consults with Manobal Neuropsychiatric Clinic and MannSparsh Neuropsychiatric Hospital, Mumbai, as well as with Accenture. She is also pursuing a PhD from Asian International University, Manipur at present.
